1. What We Collect
TrikalD is a single-user internal tool. We do not require accounts, do not require personal information to use the platform, and do not collect identifiable user data on our servers. The only data persisted on our backend is content you explicitly create — chat sessions with the Oracle, predictions you log, your watchlist, and scanner reports.
2. Local Storage in Your Browser
We store your currency preference (USD or INR) in your browser's localStorage. If you enable browser push alerts, your browser stores the notification permission. This data never leaves your device.
3. Third-Party Services
When you interact with the Oracle or Anti-Rug Scanner, the text of your prompt and live market context is transmitted to Anthropic (Claude Sonnet 4.5) and, for voice synthesis, OpenAI (TTS). When you load the dashboard, public market data is fetched from CoinGecko, CoinPaprika, Binance public WebSocket, alternative.me Fear & Greed, and Etherscan. These providers have their own privacy policies governing that traffic.
4. Analytics
We do not run user-tracking analytics. No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no cross-site identifiers.
5. Cookies
TrikalD does not set tracking cookies. Standard session cookies may be set by the hosting platform for routing; they do not identify you personally.
6. Data Retention
Content you create (predictions, chat sessions, watchlist) is stored in our database. You can delete any of it from within the app at any time. Backend logs are rotated regularly and do not include identifiable user data.
7. Security
Communication with the backend uses HTTPS. Reasonable measures are in place to protect data; no platform can guarantee 100% security against determined attackers.
8. Children
TrikalD is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
